The Model 2800 has a number of unique floor plans available. Its standard attire is a 4 bedroom plus den configuration, which includes 3 full baths. One option, to convert 2 of the bedrooms into one “Classic” master bedroom, with its own bath. Another option is converting the same 2 bedrooms into the “Encore” master suite, with adjoining walk-in-closed and bath with roman tub and separate shower. Of course you can also turn the original den into another bedroom, yielding a total of 5 bedrooms. The 2800 also comes with a very large formal dining area, breakfast noon and a kitchen that overlooks the great room. Each home has a separate laundry room and 3-car garage.
